Hello,
I bought the UC500.
 
I live in USA.
I’m trying to make it work with the DirecTV remote control, but none of the buttons works, even though I tried the option to learn functions. I tried all the options that the UC500 has.
 
I tried to switch from Basic Setup to Expert Setup, but nothing happened. I Can’t make it work!
 
Could you please help me make it work?
