Dear JB,
First, you need to download "download manager program and USB driver" from the becsy site.
You can check how to install USB drivers at the YouTube link below.
The download Manager program has the ability to update application software with database,
upload/download user data and upload/ download user icon graphics.
we are using our own format for database and user data. but, You can upload/download user data using PC.
Also, you can move your own user data to another becsy remote such as UC100,200 or 500 device.
To use user Icon grphics, you need update your application to latested version.
