Hi Cabin,

Lasted version of our application software assign all of Nvidia Shield remote key to button key.
Also, up, down, left, right, sel, home, return, menu key is mapping to Nvidia Shield remote key.

For volume key, you can copy your receiver volume key to Nvidia Shield device volume key.
Please enter setup mode and click copy key icon.
select source key from receiver volume key and
select Nvidia Shield device volume key as target key.
you should try copy key twice for volume up and down key.
